i get ALOT of lag in single player. anyone know how to make less lag?

RAM is where you fall flat on your face. I editted my STALKER executable to allow it to use up to 3GB, runs great at max settings, 1440x900 on my dell vostroMAGUIRE93 wrote:

You have one GB of ram, which is abysmal for Stalker. I've experienced it myself, the lag is ridiculous.
on top of that, you don't have a gaming videocard at all. My 8800gt is over 10x faster than your 7300LE, and I couldnt imagine playing stalker at anything like a tenth of the FPS I get in it now.
