Once... Haven't had a cavity in years.. so it seems to be working fine for me..
3 times sometimes I forget and brush twice.

Once/twice a day for me. Every morning and in the evening when I have the motivation to do so. I hav eno idea how often I change my toothbrush, but I did buy a new one yesterday.

Once, sometimes 0 when I'm not going out or I'm away from home.
Well at least we don't have any compulsive brushers.
