Dawn of war dark crusade help

So i'm going to start a new campaign today, anyone got any idea of what faction to choose?

Personally i hate the orcs, playing as them or against them.

Something pretty easy to start with?

Tau, definately.

Why? They kick-ass all round, but when you have the missions where it's you with no base and you have to take out two fully built HQs, just spam Upraded Stealth Suits at their HQ. Give them jumpers, anti-vehicle weapons and it's an easy win.

Plus if you station barracks around their HQ areas, if they attack that area, just spawn Firewarriors.

All you need is Firewarriors. Upgraded Firewarriors (Never go the Mont'Ka way).

Good luck It's get frickin hard, even on Medium.

Yeah, really hard. To the point where I don't even bother on medium at this point. Keep in mind that I'm typically pretty good at RTS games, but this one is really difficult. I can't get more than a few missions deep on medium before I get steamrolled.

I'd go for Mont'ka since it gives you Hammerhead Gunships and Xv8 Crisis Suits. Some very nifty units.

Go whichever race you think will be most fun, tau are a bit overpowered in single player but they bore the shit out of me with their monotone units.

I'm actually going through with each race just to see how differently it can pan out. Also, acquiring all the wargear for the commanders is just badass. I have so far completed it with the Tau, and am almost done as Da Orkz.

That too. Usually, if I'm not playing Tau, it's IG or Ork. I only like Dark Eldar when there's another DE there spamming abilities with me.

Are you kidding? I've wiped a few eldar with Baneblades and Basilisks...oh, against human players.
