I imagine all four are just sent off to kill each other in find each other in Israel. Agent 47 is in a building assembling his sniper rifle as he sees Snake sneak inside a box. Chuck starts to actually sweat, then Sam uses his overpowered stealth skills and stabs chuck in his stomach from underneath him ( how he got there, no one knows). chuck, agent 47 and snake are dead leaving sam victorious.

Until Sam hears someone say "Dammit!" At that point he already has a clipfull of bullets in his dead body falling to the ground. Jack executes!

Mister Fisher would win, of course. Solid Snake sucks so much peen0r that I've never even seen one of his games on a store shelf.
