I'm graduating high school this year. My plans next are to go to MS&T and get a PhD in microprocessors.
And its not like either of those over here... in Canada a university is where you go for advanced studies, and a college is where you go for more hands on stuff, trades etc.Mek-Stizzle wrote:
Yes and No. Over here, College is also a place you go to before Uni. Some schools have Sixth Form where you do your A Levels, some don't and so you go to a seperate College to do it. It's 2 years. It's not mandatory, but it is if you want to go to Uni. Whereas you guys finish mandatory school at 18, we finish at 16 and have the choice to continue. And if your school has a Sixth Form you can continue there or you can go to a College and continue there.FEOS wrote:
