Its quality
Well here are my promised impressions on something else.
C&C 3. I've just finished the mission where you have to destroy the Nod temple, and the game's been pretty fun so far. I love the Rigs, and I completed the mission before with nothing other than 3 apc's that I got levelled up and had levelled up infantry in.
Not played as the Nod yet, and I've just encountered the Scrin for the first time. And after all that i've got Kane's Wrath to play as well. So all in all its £15 well spent I think.
As for GTA IV. Who knows when my copy is coming, because it didn't come today.

It's like taking an ordinary phone, and replacing it with a cellphone. They do the same things essentially, but just have different features.
I haven't played GTA IV yet (no Xbox 360 ), so I'll have to wait and see.
Ok I got to the second mini island already, and the toll booth system sucks quite bad
I was drivin the fare for roman and I got a cop, ok try to shake em, no succes, the cab esploded with me in it =mission fail, guns gone (shotgun )
so no happy :"(
