How do i cut up my friend's face and paste it on another guy's body?
Lasso tool, eraser tool, masking, etc. There are a ton of ways.

Nah, just trying out something. Question, what if those 2 pictures were of a different resolution? If you remember National Treasure, nicholas cage just clicked a few buttons and his photo fits on his bogus staff card of the museum.
Doesn't really matter.
If the head your cutting out is a higher resolution, it's okay.
If it's noticeably lower....just make the picture you're pasting it on smaller.
Never trust movies/tv shows when it comes to Photoshop-ish stuff..
Especially CSI. The magically get picture perfect images from the reflection of someones eye in a picture.

But all the photo enhancements done in CSI are from other people's cameras.
(The ones I've seen anyways.
