The Stealth Tank is priced at 1500 credits, armed with two rocket salvos each capable of firing 8 surface-air/surface-surface rockets which can be upgraded with Tiberium Cores to increase damage, is the fastest and most agile armored vehicle ever made and of course is >98% invisible from over 30 meters.

The Planetary Assault is priced at 3000 credits, armed with 10 mini-fighters that each have a high-heat plasma cannon effective versus tanks and air-craft, can be upgraded with a force-shield that can deflect a certain amount of damage before having to power-down and recharge. The PAC can also generate a small ion-storm which not only shoots lighting at foes but also boosts the attack power of the ship. The PAC also has advanced scanners which render even Nod's most advanced stealth tech useless.

So if the two are each the other's natural enemy, which one would likely win?

Unless the one with the Stealth tank has an incredible micro to make full use of the agility of the stealth tank and evade the PAC, he would win for sure.
If the Stealth tank controller is a total nub on the other hand, easy win for the PAC

Definitely PACs. If the Scrin player sucks though, then the stealth tanks. Those things can rape face when they surprise the enemy.

Well my uber-mirco with STs has never failed against even the largest PAC fleets. The trick is to count the rockets about to hit the thing and judge whether or not the rockets that have been fired will kill the thing. If yes then move on to the next ship, that way your rockets won't hit nothing and you won't have to wait for the ST's long reload time. However if you don't micro them the PAC fleet would win. Since it is about micro I nulled.

Stealth tanks win very easily. No stealth detection means you can take them however you want. Stanks absolutely cane PAC's in the first place, but since the vast majority of people clump their PACs, the splash on stank bullets puts them out of commission very very quickly. Scenario 2, they're spread apart, you use planning mode, have 2 stanks fire at each separate PAC, gg no re. Ratio of 2 stanks can easily take one pac.

Depends. If the Planetary Assault Carrier is defending then it would win. Just activate the storms, which will power up the ship and its fighter + the shields and bai bai Stealth Tanks, but on the other hand if they have to attack they can't effectively use their storms, since the storm (If I remember correctly) makes sure they are stuck on one place.
