Well, my last thread (a year ago) on this was a horrendous failure due to unpopularity. But, quite a lot of people who I have talked to since then have bought this game and enjoyed it thoroughly

What is rFactor?
The idea is, once bought, you download mods (www.rfactorcentral.com) such as Formula One, NASCAR, VLN (lots of fast cars basically...think Aston Martins...Ferraris...Porsches) - all professionally done. Also, hundreds of tracks and so on too (everything from professionally made Nurburgring, Le Mans, Barcelona...everything!) I really recommend download the demo (rfactor.net). All retail Logitech G25 steering wheels come with the rFactor free demo, also! Their most recent title to use the complete engine was F1 Challenge '99-'02, released through EA Sports, although the rendering engine itself has been used for SimBin's GT Racing Series, comprising GTR - FIA GT Racing Game and GT Legends.
