I like KFC but the point of the thread is burgers 'n fries type places.

I live by a place called Troy's, and it has the best food ever. It doesn't count in the poll because it's not a big chain, but it's really good. GunSlinger you might know the place. It's got a purple-haired hairy armed Armenian lady at the counter and whatnot.

not familiar, youre ever down the street in altadena goto a place called "jims" its right across the street from mcdonalds on woodbury rd.

I dislike McDonalds somewhat, but they have pretty good french fries, although they use a beef flavoring, which really has no place in french fries. Wendy's has really good french fries.

What I hate is when you have to ASK for crispy french fries.

Best burger I ever had was in Ibiza at a place called "Gourmet burger bar". It cost like £10 but it was sooo worth it. Fucking delicious. Real Beef and you could tell.

I will have to say Wendy's is the best. I LOVED their homestyle chicken strips and chipotle sauce. They used real chicken, and not ground up shit like Burger King and whatnot. I ordered their spicy chicken sandwich the other day, and it had real chicken, and it was fucking good. They put some effort into what they do, unlike Burger King, which in my opinion is the shittiest restaurant ever. In their bacon cheeseburger, the bacon isn't even crispy. Ya know the fire grill thing? They use something that makes it taste fire grilled.

I personally prefer the greasy spoon type restaurant over a fast food chain. So - what's your favorite?
