CD key website worked for me but you just might get randomly disconnected when some legitly gets that key.
Heh. I guess you should ask if anybody here has SF, but doesn't play it anymore if you can borrow their CD key? I still play it quite a bit.
Nature is a powerful force. Those who seek to subdue nature, never do so permanently.

If you have registered your game on your EA account, you'll find your CD key there under the "My Games" tab.PspRpg-7 wrote:

Its impossible to crack online play unless u luckily generated a real key!Fryatt(UK) wrote:

Well, that's actually what a key generator does - generating valid keys.HSG wrote:

That requires that the algorithm has been cracked/reverse engineered somehow though.
You just need to be lucky enough to get a key that nobody else has either bought or generated before.
Lots of key generators are merely a bunch of leaked keys that are displayed randomly.
And those keys are mostly banned soon.
Anyway, as I have said before, if you have registered the game on your EA account you can find your CD key there.
And since the original poster seemingly has bought an legit copy and just lost his CD key, registering would have been very useful in that case.
Just recently it helped me out greatly too.
I was browsing around in my install folder and found that support tool that let's you re-enter your key should your registry hash have been messed up.
I started it to have a look at and quit right away before entering anything.
Unluckily that erased my CD key hash and I couldn't join servers anymore.
I had my DVD cover with the booklet packed away in boxes, as I was moving at that time.
Then I remembered that I registered and could retrieve my key and re-enter it.
BTW, I do remember that EF and AF also showed up on my EA account with the CD key (I bought the retail boxes with the download code).
But now only BF2 and SF do so.
I wonder if there's any possibility to retrieve those CD keys should one run in trouble.
Or is it linked to your account and EA downloader does everything automatically?
