[Crysis] Login Issues

Basically ive just installed the game ..played a bit of the singleplayer and it works great ..i click on the multiplayer, and get a gamespy id to play online ....but everytime i type in my nickname and password ...i get a red error message saying check my details....however im pretti sure my details are right ...any ideas people ?

btw i havent patched it yet...might it be something to do with that ....personally ive always stayed away from gamespy installation ... the fact tht its just installed itself and is no not workin ..just annoys me further.

A lot of people have problems with login issues in different games and some around here might have an answer for his problem.
So there might be a solution around here before you deal with slow and/or expensive tech support.

02

try deleting the battlefield2 folder in your 'my documents' (NOT the one in program files) and then 'retrieving' your profile again. use the nick and pass then if it retrieves it from the ea server you should be good to go.

also make sure caps lock is off

Crysis.....

may load up crysis myself and look around, you might wanna try some sort of lost password or finding your details with Gamespy.

(maybe you think you got the right name/pass, but it might be screwed.. you can of course also try the patch (doubtful that that will work, seeing it shouldn't have anything to do with usernames/passwords)

Ok are you trying to use your bf2 gamespy account?

If so it won't let you, you must make a new 'Crysis' one.
