Light streams though those foreground windows would finish it off nicely.

Hmm, possible solution which may not work at all but, duplicate the whole image then apply the filter to the top one then either lower the opacity or fiddle with the blending mode til it looks ok.Ryan wrote:

EDIT: I got this at 32% opacity, blend mode overlay, I'm sure it can look better with more tweaking, could do with some areas erasing totally.
