sign ups doesn't mean shit lately, 40/50 signed up last time for something, 15 showed up.Varegg wrote:
Crappy or not, the fact is we can't house everybody in a team of 32 players so both known and unknown players is bound to be disappointed.
I only got PMs from 5 squad leaders and after having waited two days i picked those 5, it would all have been a tad different if we as a EU server community where to host it and challenged another community - we could then have picked and invited as we pleased within the comforts of the game admin section.
But how this all played out with the initial sign-up thread from Hakei i had no choice but to use the same kind of method.
But what the hey - we can still challenge someone else on the basis of the EU regulars after this event is done, it's not like this is the last event ever ?
With the interest we have on this forum for these kind of events i suggest we do them more often so that a larger majority can participate - we don't have to wait to be challenged, we can do the same :)
to be honest "EU regulars" is a big word lately.
"Semi Active BF2 Players" is better now.
