There is alot of speculation on this for the PC... people are getting lag with high end systems.
shouldn't as long as you have a decent amnt of ram, i haven't looked at it specifically on pc though

I sometimes lag, only when there are large crowds though, and you can turn crowds off in the options.. its not like your looking at them anyways.. your paying attention to the notes.. or at least you should be.

I play it on my laptop, and it runs ok, tiny bit of lag on the lowest graphic settings.
On my main PC it ran perfectly, except when the camera went over the crouds, so I turned them off.
