I copied Crysis from a mate on a LAN this weekend, and I've been playing it (singleplayer) many hours since. But, when I come to the end of the Assault level, the screen fades and i get "WARNING: Disconnected from server" displayed in one of those gay, red Crysis message boxes. Is this something that some patch has fixed, or is it some weird anti-piracy-thingy?
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Not sure, probably would be an anti piracy thing tho.

Ahaha no.

This is game has DRM along the level of Call of Duty. If you've got a legit CD key, you're fine. I got mine earlier today from a friend who just picked it up and let me install it since my comp happened to be hooked up to a projector at the time.

Some sort of glitch in the map file maybe? If you can load in to the it can't be loading problems. Best bet: reinstall.

Ok, got it fixed. It was the DRM dropping connection between maps. Some nagging and re-loading would fix it.

Now I've finished it, and I got truly disappointed at the end.
