Ok, there's threads on this somewhere in EA's Pro Street site, but the admin in that forum is a moron and disabled search. So I'm turning to my Pro Street brethren here in BF2s ... because you guys are waaaaaaay more cool anyway. So, what I'm looking for is what car, components and tuning you use to get a wheelie. I have a 67 Vette that sticks great for regular drag giving me high 7s right now. Also have a Supra and a GT500 for drag that I could tune up. Suggestions?
Get the Dodge Challenger Concept or F1
You could try hardening the rear suspensions and more ride height!
Hope it works!
Hope it works!
Just get a dodge charger.. or a mustang.

I have the new GT500 and the 67 Vette. Off to tweak them, we'll see what happens.
No luck w/ Vette wheelie yet ...
Edit: I'll clarify what I'm asking for. If your car does a wheelie, please post what stage engine, drivetrain, forced induction, suspension, brakes, nitrous ... along with settings that are different than stock for:
Suspension:
Front Shock Compression Rate
Rear Shock Compression Rate
Front Shock Rebound Rate
Rear Shock Rebound Rate
Front Spring Rate
Rear Spring Rate
Ride Height
Front Roll Bar Stiffness
Rear Roll Bar Stiffness
Front Tire Pressure
Rear Tire Pressure
Toe
Camber
Caster
Streering response ratio
Engine:
Cam Timing
Start Boost
End Boost
Nitrous Pressure
Nitrous Jetting flow Rate
Drivetrain:
ratio for all gears
K? Thx.

charger. nuff said
Used a fully tuned GT40 with all the body options. It's all in the gear. My GT40 goes, 1...2...3..4........................5 and in the middle of the 2nd shift I use NOS.
lol never performed a wheelie with those cars,im just suggesting XDStingray24 wrote:

And yeah, get a good muscle car, like a charger as someone mentioned
In theory, shouldn't it have squishy rear suspension to allow for maximum grip, and tall first and second gears (to allow for fewer shifts while wheelie-ing)?
half Mile
quarter Mile
quarter Mile

Nice times. If you've set it up for wheelie can you post the full specs? Not sure how to get that car though ...
just buy everything on top...
cam timing is senseless... standard will work
Your Gear ratio is important... 1-3 Gear... 2 klicks down
4-5 gear ...2 klicks up
6th or final gear 2 klicks up
Tire pressure rear LOW
and go

ill post them later
Sweet! Thanks! This is the Challenger Concept yes?
no. this is the charger 1968 440 bigblock
lol, easiest car for a wheelie is the chevelle ss, doesnt even need much work, basic hp tuning and you can easily do the whole quarter everytime
I use either the Pontiac GTO (65) or the Dodge Charger (full stage 4 kit for everything) and both will wheelie the full 1/4 mile
Had one and sold it ... *facepalm*bennisboy wrote:
