From wikipedia :
"The player is cast as a previously unseen survivor, Elliott, a photojournalist with amnesia. Gameplay will involve Resident Evil-style fetch quests and puzzle solving. Flashbacks will be an integral part of the storyline. Exploring locations seen in the show and interacting with main characters from the show will also be a major part of the game. Appearances by The Others, the "Smoke Monster" and the Black Rock have also been confirmed by the game's developers. The ComicCon trailer confirmed characters such as Jack, Locke, Sawyer, Hurley and possibly Desmond, and also showed off the beach camp, the caves, part of the Others' territory and the Swan station. The article from EGM confirmed Kate, Sayid, Michael and Walt will be featured and the Hydra will be a playable location. Trading with other survivors and taking photos with a camera are part of the gameplay.
The game will be split up into seven "episodes" that were plotted by the show's executive producers, Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse. The Third Season DVD bonus disk contains a feature about the game's development, and also reveals that Ben and Juliet will be in the game. It has been confirmed that that actors for Ben, Mikhail, Sun, Desmond, Claire and Tom all provided voicework for the game, while the rest of the major characters are provided by stand-ins."

"Today more information was released about LOST: Via Domus, the video game based on the popular ABC TV series LOST, which was unveiled at comic-con 2007.
The game puts you in the shoes of a new character aboard Oceanic Flight 815. When the plane crashes onto the island, you survive, but have amnesia. During the game, you have to remember things, find clues, and overcome the challenges that the island throws at you. I don't want to ruin the game for you by giving away too much about the storyline and plot, but I will say this; all of the characters from the TV series are in the game.
I did get a 30 minute demo of the game a week ago and I have to say that the graphics are pretty good, and gameplay seemed easy and simple. Even though I was only watching and not personally playing the game,I found myself immersed in it. Even though I am not a huge LOST fan, I still enjoyed the game, so I expect big LOST fans to love this game.
Most games that are based on TV shows or Movies, tend to be pretty crappy, but LOST kept my attention and wanted me to see where the game would go. Sadly my demo ended and I was left wanting more.
For some new screen shots of the game visit this thread on our Forums.
The game will be available in the spring of 2008, on the Xbox 360, PlayStation3, and PC. The game is rated T for Teen and is a 3rd person Survival/Adventure game built on the Yeti Engine (which also powers GRAW2). "
