I personally like Simcity 3000 Unlimited better. Good city though!

no cheats. I think sim city should always be played without cheats. It is harder, but ultimatly, you will find the game more rewarding if you play honestly. More of a mental challenge too.

I dont get your bit about rezoning industry. When should you rezone it? And to what density?

I like to get High Tech Industry in my cities because it offers great benefits. Requirements are a healthy/educated workforce and low pollution.
I rezone industry to remove the pollution.

Rezone industry when you have sufficient public services to attract High Tech Industry.

Start out small and dumb. Let the money come in slowly. Then start zoning and building the big shit. Don't go in top heavy. It's a slow process.
