Ok Im trying to make a movie...i know obviously. The problem is when I record video, there being saved in very large size.I fear If i try to make a 5 min movie, Ill run out of hard disk space, this is crazy. So does anyone know a way to make it save in a lower quality? or, if there is similar program I could use that would allow me to do so.

Reduce the FPS it's recording in.

DivX codec cannot handle the way it captures so that's out. Others have suggested Using Windows Movie Maker as well to dramatically reduce the size.

record at 25 fps unless u want slow mo, and re-encode it using windows movie maker or adobe... after each session convert and compress each file so ur saving disc space.. files from from 2 or3 gb to a mere 20mb sometimes
and record at half res or a set res

Ok, I guess reducing them after each session will be the way to go, thank you for the advice given.Have a good day.

Play the game in whatever resolution you like, but when you're running battlerecorder and fraps, drop it down to 800x600, don't need more than that for video

If you want to get rid of the red and blue player names you need to do something a little different.
Goto C:Program Files/EA GAMES/Battlefield 2/mods/bf2/
and locate the GameLogicInit.con file.
Open it with notepad and add the following line,
renderer.drawNametags 0

remember to delete the line again when you want to play.

I used Windows Movie Maker for this SkyDive

Not as advanced as Adobe Premiere Pro or Sony Vegas 6, but easier to use
