Ok, so I'm bored. I think beef jerky is awesome and I pretty much like it in any flavor/type especially the peppered kind that is spicy. It's probably my favorite "snack" food.

It's awesome for emergency food and for eating while gaming. I don't eat it very often (because it's a pain in the ass to chew), but it's compressed meat. That alone is win.
It's one of the good things that came out of my travels around America. I discovered it while on long-haul buses, and stumbled upon it's main use while holed up in a motel in Kansas City when the rain was preventing me from finding anywhere to eat because I couldn't walk into the wind.
