This has to be the "Pistol + Knife" of TF2. The map is called melee_ringking and I just had the most fun 5 minutes in TF2.

A few death scenarios:
WHY?
Was playing some duel_duel and racked up over 50 kills and 30 something deaths, with quite a few dominations and revenges. Here's just a few screenshots I thought looked particularly good:

I just like the explosion effect on the heavy in this screen shot. Too bad the "You were killed by" label got in the way.

Sniped the same guy twice (as you can see by the corpses) before he got lucky the third time.
Ha. This guy got sniped right after me.
That'll teach him for trying to sneak up on me around the corner.

Yes, it was spawn rape. But it was HILARIOUS spawn rape! (a friend took this, hence the German writing)
And Last a couple of screen shots of people "hanging around"
