I don't know, GDI's sonic cannons are pretty kickass.

And besides, kickass mammoth tanks with railgun upgrade is kickass.

Bah! Send a group of stealth tanks to flank those Mammoths, kill one, gtfo before they can turn their cannons around, wait until their cannons are back in the forward position and repeat.

Are you crazy? Flame Tanks are the best unit in the game. Nothing is more effective against infantry and buildings than the are. And they aren't too bad against vehicles either. Black Hand are the same thing but smaller. Also Venoms are the only way to effectively counter a Zone Trooper rush and Scorpions are really good because you can make allot of them quickly and cheaply and can be quite powerful when fully upgraded.

They aren't very good against infantry (in CnC 3), and are weak. I don't find much use for them.

Black hands are infantry, and way too weak to get into an effective range to do anything.

Yes, I forgot Venoms are good for that, my bad.

Scorpions are good, but not anything special.

The Flame Tanks? Are you fucking kidding me they are the best anti-infantry unit in the game. They can kill 4 missile squads in 2 seconds, clear buildings and destroy any structure in 5 seconds. Flame Tanks pwn.

If not then, have you patched in the past five months?

I played last on 1.04.
Ah well in 1.05 I beleive it was Flame Tanks and Black Hand get a 150% increase in damage. Also since then Avatars, Beam Cannons, attack bikes rocket squads and Stealth Tanks have also been buffed up.

I knew that. I don't remember the Flame Tanks getting improved. I'll have to try them in skirmish. Before that patch, though, they were useless.

Yeah I remember before I patched I had a GDI Commando kill one face to face. Now the Flame Tank kills the commando in less than 3 seconds.

Nod was really shitty in the early patches but now I like them the most. GDI doesn't have any good Anti-Aircraft or Anti-Infantry units in the late game ans Scrin is just fucking expensive.

Yeah, Nod is much better now. Flamer and stanks are much more useful than they ever were. GDI has good anti-infantry in the railguns, though.
