Hi, my friend has purchased Crysis and it runs very slow (not online;he describes it as unplayable) and it shouldn't because the card has shader 3 and should be able to run it (and yes I know its not a DX10 card but it should still run it!)

He has also tested it on here and according to this it can.

Specs

Abit IN9 32X-MAX WiFi nForce MoBo
3.4GHZ Dual Core Intel 955 Extreme Chip
4x1gig OCZ SLI Memory PC2-6400 800MHZ RAM
Nvidia 7950 GX2 Extreme graphics card (1024mb)
4x 36GB WD Raptors in RAID 0
Microsoft Windows Vista 64 bit OS

EDIT : When playing World In Conflict on high, it crashes and says needs more memory

Crysis is known to be very demanding, it's not got much to do with the card's shader model version... More with the power of your hardware. Even the top cards of today cannot run it really well... But anyway, let him lower the settings there's no way you're gonna play Crysis maxed out (atleast not on native resolution) with the ingame settings and read this: http://forums.bf2s.com/viewtopic.php?id=84919
