I think those Sci-Fi shows suck. They're always showing it on Sky One/Two/Three
Watched a couple episodes and thought that the camera work was shit/annoying.
Thats one of the reasons i love it! It makes you feel like you're there, and in some wierd realistic (hard to be realistic & sci-fi, i know) way, makes it feel gritty, not some shiny happy sci-fi like Star TrekVolatile_Squirrel wrote:

I arrived at this opinion a while back as the first episodes were coming out. I recently went through the firefly series and found that enjoyable, and that has similar jerky camera movements. Maybe I should revisit Battlestar Galactica.OrangeHound wrote:

I like Battlestar. The storyline has been solid so far.
I watch it a lot. Only TVrips though because we don't get it on TV

I mean, words can't describe it for me.

Storys good and fairly logical, and most of all, it feels "believable". No photon torpedoes, phaser banks, no no no, some rather big rounds and good old fashioned nukes!
