I've been messing around on google looking for a download link for the MechCommander games for about 20 mins now. Can't find any.
The games are freeware, but there don't seem to be any active mirrors or sources for them. A shame really, because from all accounts they are pretty good.
Found an official link for MechCommander 2. There is a debate about the first two's legality but MechCommander 2 is completely legal.
You can get it from here if you are interested. Don't forget to grab the readme.
