PoE2 is like BF2 in another setting with different and cooler shiznit.
PR is a whole other game. Prefer PR myself.

Whoa... Can't believe these forums are still kicking.
Used to like PoE2, but their playerbase dissapointed me - so much lone wolfs, teamkillers, teamswitching morons. Somethimes theres less teamwork on average PoE2 server then on 24/7 Karkand...
Though I have to admit I absolutely love work done on vehicles, weapons & maps.
PR, on other hand, was always an example of real pub teamwork for me. + PR's content is the same quality or even better then PoE2's
my vote for PR.

PRRRRRRRRRRR
POE2 looks different but it pretty much retains the BF2 gameplay which can suck hard sometimes (often). But its still better than BF2.
PR is drastically different from BF2 and not just visually. Spawning rules have changed, assault lines, limited kits, comander role, ability to build bunkers and sandbags etc, sounds are improved, everything is more realistic etc.

One thing that should be highlighted is the quality of map design in both. Unlike BF2's rather boring maps, both PoE2 and PR feature some brilliant maps.

POE2 is good for a laugh, like riding a fat chick.
But for some serious gaming, PR is the game for you. It is built around teamwork, and can be excelent when you have a good squad, a good team and a good enemy team.

Play both?
I've always liked PR more. The player base also adds to the fun too.

Some of the POE maps really piss me off. I hate that one where the US starts off on that island the Ukrainians just camp with their svds. Or that one with a huge highway that runs through the map, It turns into a fucken tank vs anti tank fest.Flecco wrote:
