I can get 2/3 headshots granted i am shooting for other snipers,,, the crosshairs are just offset, so if you know where to aim you hit allmost every time,,,

The crosshairs are not like bf2 all over again are they? How is it so fucking hard to make scopes aim with where the gun shoots IN A GAME. Fuck, that is just one of my pet hates.

Its the same as the ACOG scope where the crosshair moves but the aim doesnt,, a black dot in the middle of your screen will fix ACOGs,,,, (funny how a scope can sway differently from the gun isnt it?)
BF2 had bullet drop, which could be figured out if you practised...
COD4 has buggy crosshairs...
If you aim slightly low to the right with the dragunov it will hit what you want to,, and shooting after the top edge of someones helmet will give you a headshot with the M21,, thats my experience anyway...
EDIT: note that waiting an extra second or two after stadying aim (shift) will ensure better accuracy..

No it wasnt the bullet drop. Remember all those threads where you would see where the scope was and where the bullets actually hit.

get me in a OVERGROWN map.
with my sweet modified r700 sniper rifle, claymores, uav jammer, and my iron lung perk and of course my ghillie suit= OWNAGE. went 15 and 1 yesterday sniping from the bushes. killed a crap load of people in that badly beat up building near the bridge with half the roof missing. got me 6 six headshoots too. and my r700 tiger cameo paint job.
And i do love campingin the bushes only to put Noobs in my sights....and BAM.... headshot.

I'm not sure if that's one hit on normal servers though. I mainly play on Hardcore servers.
