Everytime I try to play singleplayer, i get this error. iw3sp.exe has encountered an error. I have tried every fix and it doesnt work. Im about to use the COD DVD as a coaster.
I assume you have un-installed/re-installed?

have you treid to plug in a microphone? somehow mine works when i plug a microphone in......
This worked for the CoD4 SP demo, don't know about the retail version. So don't do this unless you find a better answer.
Go to Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\miles
Backup mssmp3.asi and take it out of the miles folder
Then start up single player and see if it works.

tried all that. still doesnt work. MP works just fine. SP doesnt
