I somehow got to Master Gun. Serg. I in 5 hours, while it took me (roughly) 250 hours to get to First Serg. in BF2.

I'm already a Commander. Ho hum. In BF2 I'm stll a First Sergeant. Granted I haven't played that since January.

i got commander in 2 days, they are quick but u dont need the bullshit acquired in the perks and ranks to be good. if ur good just like in bf2 u will convert back to stock weapons

Maybe for people who have a life and can't spend all day playing for rank like BF2 this is a good thing.

Myself am on a higher Sergeant Rank. I don't really follow Marine ranks, I think it has "Master" in the name somewhere.
