The antlions, with their guards, guardians, and seemingly infinite numbers?

The combine, with their striders and superior tech?

The zombies, in their various types and intimidation factor?

The rebels, including Alyx and Gordon?

It would truly be a sight to behold.

+ Strategic attacks
+ Gord....Oh wait, he's already on the list

Cons
- Die easily
- Very stupid
- Hard to kill antlion guards
- Headcrabs
- Infinite antlions if you don't have a car handy
- Striders are hard to kill too

This is a tough one! Each has their own advantages:

Antlions: Can hide almost anywhere, and can come out in thousands;
Zombies: Unlikely to ever be fully contained, could dominate the world;
Rebels: Gordon, Alyx, Dr. Kleiner and lots of angry and enthused rebels;
Combine: Weapons, vehicles, a citide- wait, did I say uhh.. weapons?

Personally, I'd go with either Zombies or Rebels. I'd like to hope that the Rebels could build a fort or something, where zombies can't get in or out. (assuming zombies take out the combine, not sure what to do about antlions)

Antlions of course. There are infinite Antlions.

Edit: Actually Rebels might, because they have Dog. And Dog is invincible. Why the rebels don't just build more Dogs i dont know. He seems to be better than anything the Combine have.

The rebels have Gordon Frohman on their side though, and he is a bit of a liability.

Hmm. I dunno, the Zombies no. As they're not really infinite. The Antlions are, but the Combine and Rebels have inifinite ammo. It's kinda like saying what happens when an unstoppable force hits an immovable object. I'd say in the Ideal non-Sparta-death-corridor scenario, the antilions could do it if they attack in big enough numbers on a wide enough front. They also have the ability to jump out of the ground from anywhere. Also, Antlion gaurds. Also, those venom ones. Also, AIDS.

Zombies are too slow and they always lose in the movies (except in 28 weeks later where everyone dies).

It's really tough. Antlions are like the bugs from Starship Troopers. They're fierce, can kill a man with one of their gigantic claws and come in the hundreds to thousands.

The Rebels have Gordon, Alyx, Barney and (formerly) Eli and the science of Kleiner and Magnusson. With the Magnusson device it's very easy to take down a strider. The human mind is more complex than the Combine mind in my opinion. They're creative and know the earth very well.

Humans always win. We're just too witty, clever and intelligent to lose to an alien race unless they have something that can destroy all of earth.

Personally I think that zombies + headcrabs would win, since everytime someone dies they can be turned into zombies. So rebels and combine would just be losing troops as zombies grow. Also I think that antlions and zombies+headcrabs should ally themselves since headcrabs and antlions are aliens and zombies are controlled by headcrabs. Well now you could say that combine and rebels should ally, which would be a rather stupid event, and then I guess ... aw shit im getting confused by my own bullshit

Anyway Frohman would pwn everyone and then accidentally kill himself (which would be kinda epic fail) leaving no survivors and that would mean everyone wins and loses at the same time ... ummm maybe I should give up on those pills....
