Metal Gear Solid, the original.
(4 Playstation discs I believe). First game I actually followed the story line. Prior to that if there was any in game dialogue I brushed through it with button mashing. No game at that time had the choking feature, drag body feature, (LOL hide in a box feature), the Nikita Missile (camera missile). That game was pretty unique.

C&C generals
Ffvii
Quake2
Mario 64 - Spent ages walking away and towards camera
007 Goldeneye - Just loved shooting glass windows in that one
BF1942 - The freedom to just take anything was great, esp ramming the carrier into nme ships
Some VR game I played in Bournemouth when I was about 8, dont remember the name and it was £3 a go but proper VR was great (Especially at the time there was some crap VR gameshow on BBC2 presented by Craig Charles)

I'm really surprised no one said Unreal Tournament. I bought the Game of the Year edition, and that seriously knocked my socks off. I loved the graphics...I loved the blood on the wall behind the victim. I just loved that game. I moved to UT after playing Quake II. Totally opened my eyes.
soldier of fortune
goldeneye
i loved golden eye, in the facility mission, creeping behind a guy and shooting him in the ass watching him jump forward holding it
Hell yeah! I remember my 4th grade teacher had a day every week for that game! it was sooooooo awesome.HURLEY wrote:
