Only HL:2 ? Without any addons and so on ?
I've never bought any licensed games on source as I've never interested in their MP .

So HL:2 is enough to play ?
And do I need to dl something exept current insurgency build ?

As others have said, you only need the Source SDK Base, but you may have to buy a game to be given access to that. Anyhow, since you've got it and it's all answered 80 times...
