Custom localization files for the rest of us.

So today I made my own custom localization files.

I feel that to many loc file have to much flare and unneeded garbage in them. These files are simple and effective. Minimal things were changed as DICE got most stuff right.

These files have all the stuff on for Northern Strike, which is something that I saw many Custom Localization files do not have

color of the names of people, CPs, Maps etc were changed to orange so that they are easier to notice

Weapon by which someone was TK'd by is now show

APM Mine is now called just APM as APM Mine was redundant.

Thanx for teh screens. I tried your strings, but I´m using another one now.
If you get killed, there is no orange text, but I prefer it highlighted too.
Apart from that, they are good, thx for the effort.

I fixed it so it does show orange text when you are killed. Try the new ones.

Even though i have custom localisation files for BF2 that i made myself (complete with orange writing and +2's), i actually prefer the standard 2142 for some reason. So i'm not going to change them this time.

Hey I just updated them to contain the CP names for the new Highway Tampa map as well as fix some bugs.
