What do they mean cause I only have three out of ten and I know on BF2 it meant you had at least a kill streak of ten or better?

means you need to have 10 times the best kill streak in the server.
when you played a round and you ended up with having it, thats 1/10 if you have it again next round thats 2/10 etc

Now it makes sense cause when I first started BF2 thats what I though it meant
