Since 2 days I get the following error by Punkbuster. Has someone the same error or can someone help me solving this problem?

Check that out and also check your firewall to make sure it allows both Punkbuster A and B if they are´nt on you will end up with that message as well. hope you solve it.

go to this link http://www.punkbuster.com/index.php?pag … bf2142.php download the PBSVC (its highlighted) run that, then go to C:\Documents and Settings\your name\My Documents\Battlefield 2142\mods\bf2142\cache and delete the contents of that folder, fire up 2142 it will now re-optamise your shaders all should now be ok. if not when you run PBSVC uninstall PB then reinstal it using that little download and repeat the cache delete.

Problem solved, seemed to be a comination of the trial of bullguard and unupdated pb
