A new SimCity? Awesome, I've still got SimCity 4 running on my comp, built massive interconnected cities, could only do it with cheat codes though, I sucked without them.
I had sim city 2000. I just used to put Hurricanes/Tornados/Monsters/Aliens attack my city.
combine: gta + simcity +battlefield + the sims = winning game
so basically spore.

the criminals will wall glitch and kill all your cops and you'll just keep losing money
i dont mind simcity i like making the city and then fucking it up, even though the game is like rigged so you cant make money, cheat codes FTW.

The worst accident I ever had was when I had a really leet city that took me about 2 hours to make, and it was actually close to MAKING money instead of being in debt. Lo and behold, 10PM snuck on me quick and I had to get up early the next day, so I hit exit. Then I realized that I had not saved my city...

I have the original SimCity. Me = win.

Simcity 4 was ace and easy to make money.
Just make a huge industrail city on one map.
Then build All comercial and residential and they will all comute.(next to the other city)
With a road running across there of course.

I thought Sim City was moderately entertaining. Fed illusions of dictatorship and godhood quite well, but for once I'd like a city sim that was actually realistic.
One thing I've always wondered about Sim City is where all the parking places were.

What? No Maxis? Doesn't that destroy the whole company behind the SimCity franchise?
SimCity 2000 was one of the best games I ever played. Even better, you could transfer your cities over to Simcopter and you could fly around rescuing people in it.
