Note that the final squad leader unlock is a bit misleading by showing a beacon.
It's not just beacon spawns that get a bit faster, it's any spawns I think... as long as your squad leader has the upgrade. But it's nothing too signifigant, it's barely noticeable whether your spawning on someone with the upgrade or without... But it is faster.
