alrighty guys and gals,

was thinking about this game which I used to play back in my uni days. It was called Light Bikes and was a really basic, but addictive version of the Tron movie game Light Bikes.

It was 2D, and each player had a different color of line, and then followed the same rules as they do in the movie. The game was really small in memery and was able to be played over a LAN, which made it even more fun during Uni classes when pretty much the whole floor of the building were joining in LAN matches!

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get this game from? I have search google but can never seem to find the version I am looking for. Does anyone even have it on disc anywhere?

Thanks,
pedigreeuk

I think you could programe it in basic. One of my friends made it basic on a comp with 3.1.1 all he did was spell tron in big letters with "/"

I have played that ligth cycles and its something different than that.

This game's light cycles were represented in first person and free-cam third person. All it needed was a replay.

Its flash tron but this is the general jist of the old game.Basically you would have 4 lines and would have to try and cut people off.

Additionally, Nibbles/Nibbler (depending on which build you get) was an old two-player QBasic diddy that was fun to play. Kept us busy in electronics class.
