This article has details from Grant Collier (IW president) about single player missions and he confirms it will be for PC.

"Yes - there are things you have to do across all platforms, but we want to be the best shooter on PC and all formats. There are a number of advantages on the PC side - you're going to have mouse/keyboard, dedicated servers, higher player count and the visual quality is much better on high-end systems."

Basically confirmed.

We knew CoD4 was coming to the PC from day one, so no secret there. What I'm interested in is the MP. It better be similar to Bf2's MP in terms of driving and piloting vehicles.
