Whenever I try to create a new BF2 account it says "The unique nick is already in use" But Ive searched for it on totalbf2, bf2s, and regular BFHQ and no1 has the name. Ive tried differnt emails, passwords. Please help

What's the nick you're trying to use?
It's probably a name that someone registered but has never used.
Try some variants - add/alter numbers on the end.

Dude even check the name I want is ^Hitman^
with or without the '^'s ?
I had this problem only 3 months after BF2 came out, everyone had selected every name I could think of, I can't imagine the amount of accounts that exist now after 2 years, you'd be hard pressed to be original.
Hitman, and most variations is a pretty common name, if you want ^Hitman^ as a name keep adding numbers after it until you get a variation that's free.

Do you need to have ^Hitman^??
Try something like ^*Hitman*^ or something similar to it.
^Hitman^, don't think u can use those characters in the name

The problem here is that someone already has the name, and given how simple and straightforward your chosen name is, it's no surprise.
The reason you can't find who has it using the websites that track stats is almost certainly because the account has less than 100 points (i.e. has hardly ever been used). If an account has less than 100, it doesn't show up on BF2s (and similar sites), but the account still exists on EA's server, so no-one else can use it.

Personally, I recommend adding the numbers 158 to the end. Some fucker's always taken "Mr.E" on me...
