A. This doesnt work sometimes but, usually if you join a Battlerecordered server, and stay in there long enough, such as 2 rounds or so, then disconnect, go to COMMUNITY tabs and you should be able to download it.
B. Like i said before, Battlerecorder. After you downloaded it, you can view it, which is pretty cool sometimes if your graphics are high enough.
C. www.Fraps.com, it lets you record whatever you need, easy to use, but must have a decent machine to have nice results.

Other Info:

You can also do your own BR recorded file. Start up Lan game or SP, when in game bring up the console (~)
Type in Demo.Recorddemo "putnamehere"    then enter, you dont have to quote it , just make sure there is a space between the demo.recorddemo and the name of the file. To stop it, type in Demo.stoprecording

After you did that, did some stunts, whatever esle. Go to C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2 then click on demos and copy those two files, there should be two files, bf2.cam/bf2.demo, copy them, then paste it into mydocs/bf2/profiles/default     if you dont have a folder in there named demos, make one and put them in

After all that set your high settings, and enjoy, to remove hud type this into console, renderer.drawhud 0

God i hope i helped

If you recorded, and stopped it, it should be there for you to move it into mydocs
