ok i keep getting kicked for packet loss i have no internet problems everything is good...
i get kicked for this
PB IMPORTANT: RESTICTION: Losing Key Packets (B)ffff0001
someone help. what do i have to do?
i reinstalled it that did nothing i did the pb setup and that did notihng

either it's:

1: you've capped your internets and it's running slow/running slow anyway
or
2: you've got a firewall blocking punkbuster and it'll boot you for it

manually update the files should fix, go to the link posted

This only happen to me once when I closed the punkbuster A + B in Task Manager that were running on my comp at all times.

Seems like PB is going even further to regulate hacks and cheaters. You close those = you can't play.

1. Close out of 2142.
2. CTRL+ALT+DELETE and shut down any punkbusters running.
3. Restart your comp.
4. Load 2142

That is the best way I know how. Other methods don't work. I've found it to only work by restarting after you've shut down punkbuster, not shutting it down doesn't work (coincidence?).
