Ok, i have 12mb adsl internet and my download speed's average is 15kb a second!!! i am really pissed at this, ive tried everything. turning off all firewalls, internet related application, drivers, everything. its not the problem w/ my internet, coz i already checked it by using my laptop to download from the same site, which was 100 times faster
