1Gb "Dual Channel" of course
8800 gts 640mb
2gb dual ram
C2D e6600 2.4 @ 2.93

I used to have 512MB of cheap RAM, so even with my X1900XT and E6400, I could only play on low settings. Even then, artillary sent it to below 25fps, and TV missiling was like a slideshow. I would even freeze from time to time for about 5-10 seconds. It did that one time when I was in the J10...it unfroze and I found myself on the side of a mountain
Got 2GB of Geil (DDR800), now I run everything on high, 1024 x 768, no FSAA (but I am thinking of turning that up, though). Now my fraps movies are recorded at 50fps.

3GB Kingston DChannel , 2x1GB 2x512MB DDR2 533Mhz (PC2-4200)

My Bf2 settings are on high, but It doesn't lag. Only takes longer to join a server.
My dad's computer is twice as good as mine and he has Vista.

2gig ram here and it definetly helps
3 Gb of corsair ddr3 800mhz
2GB ddr, Geforce go 7900GS
Yeah I forgot to mention that, but ever since I have installed the additional 2Gb sticks gameplay has improved significantly. Its smooth because there is almost no swap anymore with the HD from what I have seen.HansMeiser wrote:

What OS do the 4GB people use? Because regular XP doesnt support it.
It does doesn't it? I thought it did :dJemme101 wrote:

I have 2gb DDR 400 Corsair in dual channel
I run 2GB cheapo DDR 3200 RAM, AMD 4200+ 64x2, EVGA 7800GT overclocker on a HP pavillion. I run everything on max. No probs.
2 GIG 400mhz X850XT 256 need to get out of AGP
I've got a Core 2 6700 running @ 3.12, a 7900gtx, and 2 gigs of ram. Also I have 2 raptors in raid 0 and 2 150gb hitachi's in raid 0 with my game files on it. my load times are very quick, usually spawn when it still says "This game will begin when 5 more players join" and my gameplay is smooth, in BF@ usually around 100fps, in 2142 usually around 70.
