Hey, i figured this would start a serious discussion about football. What team(s) do you guys like (if any)?
I only watched the Carolina - NY Giants game and that was boring as hell. Carolina owned the giants big time.
Yeah that play was wacked. I thought that Randle El would pass it but instead he lateralled it back to Ben. Just sad that the steelers are gonna lose next week

My stepfather is half american, so he has some old VHS tapes with old games on them. We dont get american football over here. Unless the Superball finals. They send it live at 4-5 o'clock in the middle of the night so no one watches it anyway...

I am telling you, when Bettis fumbled the ball on the Colts' one yard line I thought it was all over. He must have been the most miserable man in all of football, watching Peyton go down the field after Indianapolis recovered the ball.
But Indianapolis made a crucial mistake on second down. They went for the touchdown instead trying to get their kicker a couple more yards. Ok, Vanderjagt is pretty solid ( only the most accurate kicker in NFL history ), but I would definetely have played it safe. 46 yards isn't exactly a chip shot.
Well, he missed. there you go. good game though. pittsburgh had a brilliant gameplan on defense, putting pressure on Peyton like hell. He was practically a non-factor through the first three quarters.
The Steelers deserved to win that game, and they did.
