You have to play a round first before you get those unlocks after installing SF. I got it a week or two weeks ago and I had to play first before I got 7 new unlocks.

- 2 Unlocks per Rank on SF?
The SAS has mostly Tier 2 (Mp7 ect.) for the unlocks, not the U.S. The U.S. has only the SCAR-L.
