Crysis is a new game coming out in around Q3. Crysis is being created by Crytek and published by EA. It will be a FPS with very high details some median requirements (Requirements below). The Singleplayer has a story line with some missions but the Multiplayer is supposed to be the big part of the game with maps much more massive than Bf2 & Bf2142. I will describe the story line for you below.
Singleplayer Storyline;
The North Korean Government quickly seals off the island chain, claiming the mysteries of the asteroid for themselves. The United States responds by dispatching an elite team of Delta Force Operators to recon the situation and report back to the Pentagon. Amid rising tensions between the US and North Koreans, the asteroid suddenly bursts open, revealing a massive, 2km high alien ship. The ship generates an immense force sphere, freezing a vast portion of the island and drastically altering the global weather system. The invasion of Earth has begun.
The two rival nations unite to stop the aliens and save mankind. The newly formed alliance fights epic battles against the marauding Aliens. With hope rapidly fading, the player must lead a crack squad through lush tropical jungle, harsh frozen landscapes, and finally into the heart of the alien ship itself for the ultimate experience.
This will be storyline in singleplayer that you will use and fight for along the way. Multiplayer is another huge part. This is the part most people are looking forwards to. This gameplay will have 3 modes; Tactical Deathmatch, Tactical Team Deathmatch, and Power Struggle.
Tactical Deathmatch: This gameplay will literally be everyman for himself with no abjectives or control points. You just go in there and kill everyone you see.
Tactical Team Deathmatch: This will be like Tactical Deathmatch but with teams and control points much like Bf2 and conquest on Bf2142.
Power Stuggle: This mode is the one that's supposed to be the biggest with massive maps. One round in power struggle could last up to 10 hrs! There are teams in this and control points. This is where the ownage kicks in.
