Hmm, did you do this on a ranked server? If so... you can call it kidnapping all you want but it is really stat padding and illegal which is punishable by a reset of your stats if not a ban. I prefer the latter but thats just me.

the only time you EVER will get a guid ban is if you use so called "undetectable hacks" and get caught with them

well most memebers of ¦TØP¦ have been playing this game for 18 months or so with a 1000+ hours and the game has become increasingly boring
and the kidnapping has nothing to do about stats at all.... its about having fun and at the same time pissing off a few people.... its not like thats the only thing anybody ever does is go and statpad.... its about making random people whine and bitch thats one of the only things that keep me playing bf2 anymore its not about the stats and global rank

The US Federal Court in Washington DC ruled Friday that Ryan "Stryyker" Hagie was guilty on the counts of first degree kidnapping, first degree statspadding, and first degree noob-annoying. The prosecution, headed by BFROE administrator Pete "IndianScout" Burns, had this to say:

Its the old cliche of peer pressure and group acceptance simply because, after all, your group is doing it. I will too, right? I know for a fact that there are quite a few people that still play to win... they are the silent majority. The last thing they want in a server is a raving pack of wolves betraying and infecting their team with unfairness and improper balance. Then the server dies.
You cannot glorify stat padding or kidnapping because its a lower concept custom built to appease simple minded players despite a standard rule set existing to protect players who simply want to "earn" their respect in something as simple as an online game. Oh, we just want to have fun and we paid for our game. Its a fallacy. Its an error in logic. Hey, you don't have to go to jail for breaking the rules because you make the rules? Do you see how nothing but a gray area exists? Gray areas or for people who don't know where they stand.
I don't give a damm if you guys stat pad because I know you do it. I am only sad that you glorify it and act like it doesn't mean anything other than "we have fun"... but its at the expense of potential individuals who are trying to accomplish something in the game.
