Try reading the book, much much better than the movie. I'm surprised no one has mentioned it yet.
You mean Robert A. Heinlein's novel?mcjagdflieger wrote:

While I love some of Heinlein's work, I actually preferred the movie over the book. The book focuses much more on the internal politics and the whole 'citizenship' aspect. Also, it has gay power suits .
Besides, the movie just has kickass action and Paul Verhoeven's (a Dutchman, hell yeah) touches are just great.

Isn't this game really really old? I think I played it three or four years ago when it was out. i think that's why its so cheap.FFLink13 wrote:

Most reviews of this game say it is shit, which is complete crap. The reviewers must have just found it hard to do or something. This game gives such a great feeling to any great fps player. This feeling is acheived half way through fighting agaisnt hundreds of bugs that swarm at you. When i say hundeds by the way, i'm not exagerating. The guns are pretty cool to use, the base gun hs unlimited ammo and a grenade launcher, the next gun up is powerfull and has all sorts of features to it, like a shotgun, grenade launcher, scope (there might be more, but i ain't got that far yet). There is also a shotgun, which rips through the bugs, and the best of all, a fully automatic rocket launcher with a 50 round mag. I enjoy playing this game so much, and i'm sure you would too.
It's only £10 from play.com, and there is also an offer for "3 for £10". i got worms (2 and armegeddon) and taito legends 2 (darius gaiden owns) with it.
anyway, get it.
Played it, didnt like it. The graphics are not very good imo, especially the character detail is pretty awfull!
@Soup: released early 2006 (I guess)
Btw, moved to Other Titles

No shit sherlock
LOL, anyone who liked that movie sucks. I would've been pleased as punch if they would've just removed Robert Heinlein's name from the billing and called it Bicycle Helmet Troopers instead. Starship Troopers had freaking combat suits that could rip away at battleships in space. What the hell is a wall of flesh gonna do?FALLOUTBOMB wrote:

2. The movie was dimwitted to the point of absurdity. Over a quarter of the audience got up and walked out. That shit's like the US sending its soldiers to fight with wooden spoons.
